What is Thermorming Packaging Machine
Thermoforming machine which is also called roll-stock machine is an eqipment where the roll passes through a forming tool, and then it is transformed into a tube. The foodstuff is then passed through the tube in different ways depending on its nature. Gas flush is used for atmosphere modification. This technique is applied by a lance that is entered in the tube when the horizontal form-fill-seal machine is operated. Package integrity and leak avoidance must ensure the success of MAP operation. What is Modified Atmosphere Packaging Used for ?

Which Plastic Materials Used for Thermoform Machines
Thermoform vacuum and modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) machines uses plastic film, such as low-density polyethylene (LDPE), polyvinylchloride (PVC), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and polypropylene (PP). The use of these materials is advantageous because of their transparency, their action as barriers to water vapor transmission, and their selectivity in gas permeability.
